    Yes I also think that Armenia has to accomplish the task of strengthening the military, and also to elect a government of technocrats who have the leadership qualities and expertise to run a country on the brink of collapse. And also there should be a plan for Diaspora Armenians to participate and also to assume high offices in Armenia, rather than only sending donations.
