Turkey nationals hold 60 properties in Armenia
In Armenia, 60 real estate units are registered in the names of Turkish citizens. The information was provided by Armenia’s Cadastre Committee, Sputnik Armenia reports.
The data were obtained from the committee’s electronic archive and are current as of February 2026. The committee also said that there is no property registered in Armenia in the names of Azerbaijani citizens.
In 2023, Armenia’s Cadastre Committee reported that Azerbaijani citizens had acquired two real estate units in Armenia in 2022. Turkish citizens, meanwhile, had acquired 11 real estate units in 2022 in apartment buildings in Yerevan.
