Holy Etchmiadzin’s ‘liberation’ is inevitable: Pashinyan
He assured that their plan of a spiritual gathering at the central square of Vagharshapat-Etchmiadzin city remains on the agenda. “We will see what happens,” Pashinyan added. According to him, raising such ideas is also a dialogue with society.
The Armenian premier noted that by familiarizing themselves with the ideas, people put forward other ideas and proposals. “Nothing is fixed, it is a flexible process. We have not confirmed by any decision that, ‘This is what will happen and that’s it,’” he emphasized.
Pashinyan again noted that the victory of the ruling Civil Contract Party in the Vagharshapat municipal council elections last Sunday gives new momentum. “I meant what I had previously written on social media,” he explained.
