Paulette Markarian Leads 4DX Social Campaigns for Major Thriller Films

Since October 2023, Social Media Specialist Paulette Markarian has grown the official 4DX TikTok account from just 86 followers to over 55.7K, with total likes reaching 4.7 million—all through organic growth, viral content, and strategic creative leadership.
4DX is a multi-sensory cinematic format that enhances movies with seat motion, wind, scent, lighting, and environmental effects—bringing audiences beyond the screen and into the action.
The first viral video Markarian produced was for the re release of “Nightmare Before Christmas,” which jumpstarted the 4DX TikTok page. That video ultimately grew to 5M views.


Following that success, in March of 2024, Markarian produced another TikTok, relevant to the format and not tied to a film, that grew to 13.4M views and was featured on the popular social page “Pubity.”
Later that year, Markarian decided to change things up and produce a higher scaled production of one usual iPhone TikToks and made a piece for “Beetlejuice Beetlejuice,” in collaboration with Warner Bros, showcasing the film in the format. This video started the beginning of her journey in producing higher scaled social pieces and kickstarted her social producing career at CJ 4DPLEX.


This year, Markarian produced a viral video for the 4DX release of “Final Destination Bloodlines” in collaboration with Warner Bros. The video—designed for both Instagram and TikTok—garnered over 1 million views across platforms.
Following that success, she led the creative direction and production of three high-energy videos for “F1: The Movie” in 4DX in collaboration with Warner Bros. Capturing the speed, motion, and adrenaline of “F1 The Movie” in 4DX, the campaign achieved over 2.2 million views across TikTok and Instagram—and helped “F1” break 4DX performance records upon release.
Markarian also produced a 4DX Takeover of a local coffee shop, Yala Coffee, in collaboration with “F1 The Movie” which generated local buzz to both the format and the film in 4DX. The content and activation was a key driver in raising awareness, generating excitement, and ultimately fueling one of the most successful 4DX openings to date.
