Personal data of 382 Armenian users “leaked” from resume creation platform
Arkatelecom.amYEREVAN, July 25. /ARKA/. BOLD, a company that provides the ability to create a resume on its website – Bold.com, reported a “leak” of data of 382 Armenian citizens.
According to the Armenian Agency for the Protection of Personal Data, BOLD experienced a data leak, which the company officially notified.
The leak occurred on March 10, 2023, but was discovered only on July 12, 2025. The “leaked” data includes resumes created and saved by users on the platform. According to information provided by the company, these are static files that do not provide access to user accounts or their credentials.
The content of the resume may include both basic identifiers and additional personal data – contact information, work experience, education, etc.
The Agency recommended reviewing the information stored on the said platform and being cautious in the event of possible attempts at identity theft or abuse of personal data.
