GLENDALE — In a city where progress is measured by skylines, public spaces, and community impact, one local leader is quietly—and powerfully—shaping the future. Nareg Mouradian, President and CEO of Maestro Development and Maestro Medical, has built more than a company; he has built a movement centered around innovation, precision, and people-first solutions. Founded in 2015 and proudly headquartered in Glendale, Maestro Development delivers client-focused construction and project management services across healthcare, education, public agencies, and real estate. Its portfolio reads like a who’s who of major institutions—Cedars-Sinai, USC, Cal Poly Pomona, Apple, the City of Glendale, Kaiser Permanente, and more. Mouradian is honored to be based in the jewel city and serve the local leaders and business showcasing his expertise in construction management. “It’s a privilege to be part of the growth and redevelopment of the jewel city and work with the amazing leaders in this area in both public and private sectors.”
In 2020, Mouradian expanded his vision with Maestro Medical, a firm dedicated to medical equipment planning, procurement, logistics, and construction oversight. From complex imaging suites to full clinic buildouts, Maestro Medical ensures that healthcare environments perform as beautifully as they look. “Our focus is always on a hands-on, tailored approach,” says Mouradian. “From planning to design to construction, we make sure every detail aligns with the client’s needs—and elevates their vision.”
One of the company’s standout innovations is the Maestro Mobile Clinic program—a model designed to expand access to care with flexible, state-of-the-art clinical environments. It’s a testament to Mouradian’s commitment to transforming healthcare delivery through smart, human-centered design.
At the heart of Maestro’s success is a meticulous process. Each project begins with a deep-dive analysis of the existing building, uncovering opportunities that guide operational improvements and future functionality. With thorough programming, budgeting, and scheduling, the firm crafts precise roadmaps that keep timelines, costs, and quality on track. Maestro also collaborates closely with leading medical equipment manufacturers—including GE, Siemens, and Philips—to ensure seamless integration of advanced technologies. Every design aligns with stringent state and Health Care Access and Information (HCAI) regulations, reinforcing Maestro Medical’s reputation as a trusted partner, not just a service provider.
Mouradian’s path to leadership is as global as it is inspiring. Born in Ethiopia and raised in San Francisco, he earned his BS in Construction Engineering Technology from Cal Poly Pomona and an Executive MBA from Chapman University. He is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and LEED Accredited Professional—credentials backed by real-world rigor, including his role as a senior project manager for The Walt Disney Company.
