Renowned for its distinctive architectural character, the monastery reflects a harmonious blend of Armenian and Byzantine traditions. Its complex includes a central courtyard, a bell tower, and a series of chapels and prayer halls..
The monastery also preserves an important collection of religious artifacts, among them ancient manuscripts, icons, and intricately crafted crosses.
Over the centuries, the monastery has served as a vital center for the Armenian community in Israel, functioning not only as a place of worship but also as a hub of education and cultural life. Today, it remains an active religious institution and welcomes visitors interested in exploring its rich history and enduring significance within Armenian Christian heritage.
