Murad Vartanian Heads Armenian Defense Forces of Iraqi Kurdistan
Vartanian had said that Armenians had armed themselves to defend the 19,000-strong Armenian community, specially in Dhok, Hawrezg, Avzruk, Ishkender, and Zakho.
