Trump: Over 60% of Armenian Immigrant Households on Welfare in U.S.
President Donald Trump posted statistical figures of immigrant communities that received government assistance, according to which immigrant households from Armenia comprise 60.3 percent, ranking 12th on the list.

The list published by Trump on his Truth Social platform does not cite a source for the statistics, but ranks Armenia as the highest recipient of U.S. government assistance of any former Soviet state.
It can be surmised that Trump posted the list to demonstrate the high number of Somali immigrant households receiving government aid, a group he is criticizing for allegedly usurping government assistance in Minnesota.
The top assistance recipient, according to Trump’s list, are immigrant households from Bhutan at 81.4 percent, Yemen at 75.2 percent and Somalia at 71.9 percent.
Immigrant households from Azerbaijan are at 37.8 percent, according to the list.
