US Air Force aircraft land in Yerevan

US Air Force KC-135R aircraft have landed in the capital of Armenia, Yerevan, Armenian News-NEWS.am has learned.
Taking into account the fact that the joint Armenian-American military exercise “EAGLE PARTNER 2025” will be held in Armenia between August 12 and 20, it is assumed that the reason for the arrival of these aircraft in Armenia is the participation in this exercise.
The aforesaid military exercise will conducted as part of the preparation for participation in international peacekeeping missions.
The exercise will engage servicemen from the Armenian Armed Forces Peacekeeping Brigade, US ground forces in Europe and Africa, and the Kansas National Guard.
The exercise involves the preparation and implementation of peacekeeping tasks, with an emphasis on medical evacuation procedures.
