Armenian Apostolic Church files lawsuit against State Revenue Committee
The Holy Armenian Apostolic Church has filed a lawsuit against the State Revenue Committee, demanding that Customs Inspection Report No. 0011-A dated 14.04.2026 of the Post-Clearance Control and Inspections Department, as well as Decision No. 41/22 dated 11.06.2026 of the Appeals Commission for Tax and Customs Authorities of the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia, be declared invalid — in the part concerning Customs Inspection Report No. 0011-A dated 14.04.2026.
