Armenian Wellness Festival: Breaking Mental Health Stigma & Connecting Communities

Glendale, CA — The Armenian Wellness Festival is bringing the community together to raise mental health awareness, reduce stigma, and connect individuals to vital resources. Sponsored by the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (LACDMH), this free event will take place on Sunday, May 4th, from 9 AM to 6 PM at Pacific Community Center and Park (501 S Pacific Ave, Glendale, CA 91204).

 

The festival will feature mindfulness sessions, poetry readings, wellness workshops, kids’ activities, live music, a DJ, and food, creating a space for healing, connection, and celebration. Mental health professionals and local organizations will provide support and resources for attendees.
