CHARENTS’ BOOK “MY SWEET ARMENIA” SENT TO SPACE

Kazakhstan — The 60th anniversary of the foundation and 50th anniversary of the opening of the Yeghishe Charents House Museum are also being celebrated in space.
St. Petersburg-based benefactor Hrachya Boghossian arranged to send to space the book “My Sweet Armenia,” which is translated into 35 languages and published by the Charents family. The spaceship carrying the book has been sent from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
“It is symbolic that the museum’s anniversary is also celebrated in the cosmos the unity of the Charents word and the Saryan colors,” the museum’s Facebook page noted.
