“Now the law enforcement officers are investigating to find out the circumstances of the incident. Armenian authorities and the public equally condemn every case and attempt of national and religious xenophobia. An atmosphere of tolerance and mutual respect prevails in our society towards national minorities. Moreover, representatives of national minorities are involved in all spheres of public life. We are sure that the law enforcement officers will do everything to reveal the circumstances of the recorded incident,” said Harutyunyan.
On June 11, it was reported that an unknown person hit the window of the Jewish religious center in Yerevan with a stone and broke it.
