Pashinyan appoints two Diaspora affairs commissioners

New commissioners for Diaspora affairs have been appointed in foreign countries. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed the relevant decisions.
Javier Poladian has been appointed commissioner for Diaspora affairs in foreign countries, with the status of an adviser serving on a voluntary basis.
Under another decision, Hayk Shahbazyan was also appointed commissioner for Diaspora affairs in foreign countries with the same status.
Before his appointment, Javier Poladian served as director of the Education Department at the Uruguay branch of the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU). As an education professional, he worked on teaching the Armenian Genocide in the Diaspora and developing educational programs.
