Pashinyan to to address Religious Summit in Washington DC on Feb. 5

WASHINGTON — Nikol Pashinyan, Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, will address the 2025 International Religious Freedom (IRF) Summit during its morning plenary on Feb. 5 in Washington, D.C.
Prime Minister Pashinyan will speak to over 1,000 advocates convened from dozens of countries, representing as many unique faith backgrounds.
IRF Summit convening co-chair and former U.S. Ambassador at Large for International Religious Freedom Sam Brownback, had this to say about the announcement:
“We are honored to have Prime Minister Pashinyan at this year’s summit. He joins a growing list of global leaders who have taken a strong stand for religious freedom from the IRF Summit dias. We look forward to his charge to our gathered advocates to use our collective influence to highlight the urgency of religious freedom issues and galvanize global resolve to end religious persecution.”
The IRF Summit will be held at the Washington Hilton in Washington, D.C., February 4-5, 2025.
