STATEMENT OF “THE COMMITTEE OF 27” Against Armenia for Violating Democratic Norms
We appeal to the EU, PACE, the US Congress, and all countries that are not indifferent to the fate of Armenia and the concepts of democracy and freedom of speech.
A repressive mechanism is activated in Armenia, freedom of speech is suppressed, the arbitrariness of the law enforcement system, harsh treatment of citizens of Armenia, moral and psychological pressure is applied through the media and other mechanisms, instilling a sense of fear, demoralization, oppression of consciousness, actions not in the interests of the country. The video shows violations of human rights and freedom of speech.
We demand that sanctions be taken against the government of Armenia and the law enforcement system and personally against the people giving such orders.
The Armenian government itself is creating the ground for mass unrest in the country, which can lead to grave consequences. Everyone who spreads lies about democracy in Armenia on European platforms is responsible for what is happening.
Citizens will be forced to collect all materials and transfer them to PACE for condemnation, as well as to international courts.

Դիմում ենք ԵՄ-ին, ԵԽԽՎ-ին, ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսին, բոլոր այն երկրներին, որոնք անտարբեր չեն Հայաստանի ճակատագրի և ժողովրդավարության ու խոսքի ազատության հասկացությունների նկատմամբ։
Հայաստանում ակտիվացել է ռեպրեսիվ մեխանիզմ. ճնշված է խոսքի ազատությունը, իրավապահ համակարգի կամայականությունը, ՀՀ քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ կոշտ վերաբերմունքը, բարոյահոգեբանական ճնշումը լրատվամիջոցների և այլ մեխանիզմների միջոցով՝ սերմանելով վախի զգացում, բարոյալքվածություն, գիտակցության վրա ճնշում, երկրի շահերից չբխող գործողություններ։
Տեսանյութում ներկայացված են մարդու իրավունքների և խոսքի ազատության խախտումներ։
Պահանջում ենք, որ պատժամիջոցներ կիրառվեն Հայաստանի կառավարության և իրավապահ համակարգի և անձամբ՝ նման հրաման տվողների նկատմամբ։
Հայաստանի իշխանությունն ինքը՝ հող է ստեղծում երկրում զանգվածային անկարգությունների համար, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել ծանր հետեւանքների։ Բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր եվրոպական հարթակներում ստեր են տարածում Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության մասին, պատասխանատու են կատարվածի համար։
Քաղաքացիները ստիպված կլինեն հավաքել բոլոր նյութերը և փոխանցել ԵԽԽՎ՝ դատապարտման, ինչպես նաև միջազգային դատարաններ։
