Film edited by Carolina Siraqyan wins U.S. Documentary Special Jury Award at the 2025 Sundance Film Festival

Utah — The film SELENA Y LOS DINOS is edited by Carolina Siraqyan, whose previous credits include THE MOLE AGENT and THE ETERNAL MEMORY, both of which received Oscar nominations for Best Documentary Feature Film. Carolina Siraqyan’s paternal ancestors are Armenian and arrived in Chile from Jerusalem in 1910.
The film follows Selena Quintanilla and her family band, Selena y Los Dinos, and their rise from performing at quinceañeras to selling out stadium tours. The celebration of her life and legacy is chronicled through never-before-seen footage from the family’s personal archive.
