Both a certain increase and a decrease were recorded in Armenia in terms of exports and imports in January-March 2024. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Finance Vahan Sirunyan during the debates on the report on the implementation of Armenia’s state budget in the first quarter of 2024, at the meeting of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs of the National Assembly on Friday.
Thus, the increase in the reexport of goods from Armenia exceeded the indicators of the same period of 2023 by 2.7 times.
“Nevertheless, the export of goods of Armenian origin recorded a 14.3% drop,” Sirunyan added.
