Rex Kalamian Joins Chicago Bulls Coaching Staff
Head coach of the Armenian Men’s National Basketball team, Rex Kalamian, has joined the coaching staff of the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association as an assistant coach, the Basketball Federation of Armenia announced in a post on Facebook.
With 34 years of NBA experience, in the upcoming season Kalamian will work for one of the NBA’s most famous teams, while also continuing to head the Armenian national team.
Kalamian has worked for a number of NBA teams during his coaching career, and has been leading the Armenian Men’s National Basketball team since 2022.
The Armenian national team was in Los Angeles on June 27, where they took on Ireland in an international exhibition game at California State University, Los Angeles.
