Son of rich Armenian businessman put on international wanted list

Armenian law enforcement agencies have put Nver Tsarukyan, son of one of the richest Armenian businessmen Gagik Tsarukyan, on international wanted list, the Armenian Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
YEREVAN /ARKA/ — Armenian law enforcement agencies have put Nver Tsarukyan, son of one of the richest Armenian businessmen Gagik Tsarukyan, on international wanted list, the Armenian Prosecutor General’s Office reported.
On January 23, 2025, the prosecutor’s office referred to the local court the case filed against three bodyguards of Nver Tsarukyan. They are accused of hooliganism and embezzlement with the use of weapons, committed on October 26, 2024 in the casino of the resort town of Tsakhkadzor.
On January 13, 2025, the Prosecutor’s Office opened a criminal case against the bodyguards, and on November 2, 2024, against Nver Tsarukyan. The court decided to arrest Never Tsarukyan and he was put on an international wanted list.
Earlier, Never Tsarukyan’s lawyer said that after the incident in Tsaghkadzor he went on a “business trip” to Belarus.
