Authorities ban Ara Abrahamyan’s entry to Armenia
The authorities have banned the president of the Union of Armenians of Russia Ara Abrahamyan from entering Armenia. Lawyer Ruben Melikyan wrote about it on his page.
He, in particular, noted: “Mr. Abrahamyan is at the airport ‘Zvartnots’.
As far as I know, Mr. Abrahamyan also has RA citizenship, and in these circumstances, the entry ban is a direct violation of Part 3 of Article 40 of the RA Constitution.”
